We're active on Twitter and Facebook with entries highlighting current listings, videos, open houses, and new listings. All of our homes are featured on our website and blog with beautiful professional photography. Follow, Tweet, or Like …we've got you covered. We are immersed online and use social media, including paid advertisements on Facebook that target specific upper echelon buyers based on their search activity through Google and Facebook. We pay for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to bring your website up to the top of results pages when people are searching key words.

Print Advertising

Print Advertising is an important part of our marketing strategy. We advertise weekly in major area newspapers including the Los Angeles Times and the La Canada Outlook. Each week’s editions of the Outlook exquisitely features one of our many available properties. We also periodically run full page ads in the Sunday Real Estate section of the Los Angeles Times, a publication with a very high circulation/reach. Our print advertising includes color flyers and brochures and utilizes the latest QR code technology which, when scanned by a smartphone, will download a webpage complete with all the details of each property.
